Q&AQ. How far in advance should I book this tour ?
A. This tour must book at least 2 days in advance, no accept last minute booking.

Q. Dose driver speak English ?
A. We will try to arrange English speaking driver. However, English speaking driver is high demand.
It is possible that Japanese speaking driver instead of English speaking driver if English speaking driver's schedule is full. In this case, telephone or SNS interpretation service is available. Customer may contact us if you have any communicate problems with driver.
Q. May we pay a deposit in advance and give driver the rest payment in cash on the day ?
A. The full payment is request for reservation, so it is unacceptable pay a deposit instead of paying the full amount in advance.
Q. Will you issue a refund if my cruise ship is unable to dock in Okinawa due to sea conditions ?
A. The full payment is refundable if the ship is unable to dock in Okinawa.
Q. How will we know which car/driver will be ?
A. Vehicle plate number and driver's information will be sent to customer by email a day before the scheduled trip.
Q. Can we change visit place during trip on the day ?
A. The itinerary is able to be small adjust on the scheduled days or during the trip. Customer could discuss with driver to add visit place or remove place you planned on the day. Please conatct us 2 days before trip if your pick up or end loaction have change.
Q. Can I make a reservation for tour or one way transfer from 6 am ?
A. We do not provide taxi shuttle or any transfer service in early morning 6:00 am. Private taxi transfers service usage time slots is available from 8:00 am to 22:00 pm.
Q. Do I need to pay driver meals or giving tips ?
A. It is Not required to pay driver meals and giving tips. However, if you are happy with the service a tip is good.
1. No smoking inside the vehicle.
2. We will try to arrange English speaking driver. However, Japanese speaking driver instead of English speaking driver if English speaking driver's schedule is full or got emergency case that could not provide service. Please be understanding of this.
*Telephone or SNS interpretation service is available. Guest may contact us during our official business hours if you have any problems with driver.
3. There will be an extension fee of JPY4,000 per hour if the guest changes the itinerary over an extended time. Please pay for it directly to the driver on the day.
4. It is Non-refundable if guest wants to move the starting time slot of the itinerary or end the trip earlier than scheduled on the day.
5. Guest do not have to pay for the driver's three meals and accommodation.
6. Payment is refundable if the scheduled trip is canceled due to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis and the like which are inevitable occurrences.
7. In Japan, 3 child (under age 12) is considered to 2 passengers.

1. For rescheduling or cancellation, you must do so a minimum of 3 days in advance to avoid any fees.
2. 0-2 day cancellation prior to the trip date : 100% of full amount will be charged. (Non-refundable)
3. It is Non-refundable if guest wants to move the starting time slot of the itinerary or end the trip earlier than scheduled on the day.
4. It is Non-refundable if guest misses the meeting time for any reason.
5. Payment is refundable if the scheduled trip is canceled due to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis and the like which are inevitable occurrences.
